The Design and Construction works for the Waitara and Point Clare Station Upgrade were delivered as part of the Transport Access Program (TAP).
Key scope of work completed by Coast Civil:
- Excavation of new underpass
- Excavation of lift shafts
- Relocation and the addition of underground major services
- Excavation for electrical substations
- Installation of stormwater lines

Knockdown of a 1970’s style home to create a large modern contemporary family home. A challenging project due to the nature of the landscape of the 800 square metre sloping block located in a busy residential street. Care was taken by Coast Civil and the Builder to minimise the impact on the environment and surrounding neighbourhood.
Key scope of work completed by Coast Civil:
- Assist with the demolition of house
- Removal of demolition building material
- Rock excavation for Pool dig out
- Prepared site for pouring of slab
- Detailed augering and footing required

Main Contractor - Goanna Services
The design and construction of new viewing areas and wheelchair friendly pathways. Expanded landscaped picnic areas and extension of carpark.
The upgrade was planned by the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) team, considering both conservation and improving visitor infrastructure.
Key scope of work completed by Coast Civil:
- Curb, gutter and footpath preparation
- Preparation of Asphalt carpark
- Pilling and preparation of concrete slab for picnic areas
